Hartwood Consulting Group, a VA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and an 8(a) firm, helps government organizational experts understand their services and systems better. Hartwood offers an accomplished range of professional and technical capabilities in collaborative support with the government. This includes all aspects of system augmentation, configuration, assessment, and support for the RD applications and databases. Hartwood personnel have combined to provide 100+ “rapid application development” solutions, incorporating modified approaches of Agile, spiral, and waterfall methodology for the USMC HQMC.

Hartwood provides application development integrating an iterative-incremental development and delivery methodology consisting of modified sprints that typically last no longer than three weeks. Hartwood provides comprehensive test plans for each sprint, and the projects remain in that sprint until the exit criteria or requirements are met with government approval. Hartwood’s customer-centric approach procures a more cogent understanding by digging deep and asking questions most companies don’t think to ask. With this comprehensive understanding of people, process and tools, they optimize service delivery for their customers.
